Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Why no returns or refunds?

• Our items are made in limited quantities and often handmade or artist-produced

• We are a small business and cannot restock or resell returned items

• Each order is prepared with care specifically for you

Please note:

• Change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with personal preference are not valid reasons for refunds or returns

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting—this is not considered a defect

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost mail, or customs processing once the package has been shipped

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue
  

We’ll be happy to review the concern and offer a replacement if applicable.
